Minor variations in colour, appearance, fit, drape, texture, or scale may occur. These slight variations are not considered defects.

All products are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. Adding an item to an enquiry or contacting us about a product does not reserve that item until we confirm availability and complete the order arrangement with you.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once purchased. This also applies to jewellery sets that include earrings, as the set is sold as a complete item.

Custom-made, altered, clearance or final-sale items may also be excluded from returns or exchanges.
